KMT, DPP Mayoral Candidates Continue Campaigning|全台趴趴走！國.民兩黨參選人跨縣市輔選

Both the Kuomintang and Democratic Progressive Party's New Taipei City mayoral candidates campaigned with their colleagues on Sept. 4. The DPP's Su Tseng-chang was accompanied by Taoyuan City mayoral candidate Cheng Wen-tsan as he canvassed for votes, while the KMT's Hou You-yi traveled to Taichung to support Taichung City mayoral candidate Lu Shiow-yen.

Democratic Progressive Party New Taipei City mayoral candidate Su Tseng-chang was accompanied by Taoyuan City mayoral candidate Cheng Wen-tsan as he canvassed for votes at a market in New Taipei City's Yingge District on Sept. 4. They promised voters the two cities will work together if both are elected.

Taoyuan and New Taipei City have many common issues. They will be connected by the underground railway project's Fengming Station. I think once Fengming Station is completed, the life circles of Taoyuan and New Taipei City will become closer.

We really do have common life circles between these millions of people. New Taipei City doesn't want to fall to the bottom of the class. We must ensure the biggest special municipality keeps up with the times.

Meanwhile, Kuomintang New Taipei City mayoral candidate Hou You-yi traveled to Taichung to support his party's mayoral candidate, Lu Shiow-yen. They enjoyed the film "Just a Breath Away" at a cinema together, and Lu also announced her "anti-air pollution manifesto."

When the local air pollution suddenly worsens, it is of course due to Taichung Power Plant, because all the generation units are working. The damage to Taichung is very deep, and we don't want New Taipei City to continue to suffer.

The two of us share a common goal, which is that we oppose air pollution. NT$100 billion to build an electricity power source that harms people's health and can only substitute 250,000 kilowatts, with electricity you can't consider adding, you also have to consider subtracting.

Hou spoke extensively about air pollution and Shenao Power Plant during his time in Taichung. It is expected that both the KMT and DPP will ask their candidates to support their colleagues by campaigning in other constituencies as this election campaign continues.
