Huang Kuo-chang Denies Reports He is Leaving NPP|傳退黨組"白色聯盟" 黃國昌否認

On June 10, New Power Party Legislator Huang Kuo-chang went to the Control Yuan to accuse the Pingtung County Government of turning a blind eye to the illegal activities at the Lele chicken ranch. Huang called for the impeachment of negligent county government officials. Huang has been at the center of rumors lately that he is thinking about leaving the NPP and forming his own Third Force "White Alliance." Huang denied this and said he has in his hands right now plan A and plan B. He said if like-minded friends can't join the NPP, a larger setup is needed to consolidate the Third Force.


On the 10th, New Power Party lawmaker Huang Kuo-chang went to the Control Yuan to lodge a complaint against the Pingtung County Government for turning a blind eye to illegal activities at a local poultry farm and allowing it to continue operating. Huang called on the Control Yuan to impeach negligent county officials.

In accordance with the law, I call on our Control Yuan to impeach all negligent officials that have violated the law and censure the Pingtung County Government.

The Pingtung County Government took the initiative of informing the Agency Against Corruption (about the case). This shows we have nothing to hide. Like I said, we took the initiative on this.

The Pingtung County Government says it is investigating. Huang is reportedly planning to withdraw from the NPP to form his own Third Force "White Alliance." Huang says he has only been trying to recruit like-minded people to join the NPP, and he has a Plan A and a Plan B if things don't work out. He also said if his like-minded friends can't join the NPP, a broader stroke will be needed to consolidate the Third Force so it can play the role of watchdog over the pan-blue and pan-green in the legislature.

I can confirm there is right now a group of people that are preparing to form a new political party. It's not me. I can confirm they have interacted with me before. I asked them if they could join the New Power Party (instead) so that everyone can work together. They very directly responded that it would be somewhat difficult.

Huang says the person organizing the White Alliance is someone else, and he has had contact with this person before. Asked if the White Alliance and Taipei City Mayor Ko Wen-je's "White Power" are one and the same, Huang would only say he is willing to hold public talks with Ko.



繼上週直接到屏東縣的樂樂養雞場抗議，時代力量立委黃國昌10號上午到監察院，告發屏東縣政府縱容違法，而且不依法裁罰，並且廢止畜牧場登記，讓違法養雞場持續存在，要求彈劾縣府失職官員。

時代力量立委 黃國昌表示：「我要求我們的監察院，依法彈劾所有違法失職的官員，糾正屏東縣政府。」

屏東縣政府發言人 黃建嘉表示：「屏東縣政府主動提交(公文)給廉政署的，縣政府既然會主動提供給廉政署，表示我們沒有任何的秘密，而且是我們主動提供。」

對於指控，屏東縣政府強調會進行調查。不過，傳出黃國昌考慮退黨，另組第三勢力「白色聯盟」，但黃國昌否認，強調正在進行請益之旅，邀請志同道合的人，一起加入時力，可是有困難，他目前手中有A、B兩個計畫，如果志同道合的朋友不能加入時力，就需要更大格局，集結第三勢力，在國會中監督藍綠。

時代力量立委 黃國昌表示：「目前的確有另外一群人， 他們正在籌組一個新的政黨，不是我啦！的確有跟我接觸過，我也問過他們能不能加入時代力量，大家一起共同來努力，來合作，他們很率直的答案就是比較困難。」

黃國昌強調，籌組「白色聯盟」另有他人，雙方有接觸過；至於所謂的「白色聯盟」，是否就是指台北市長柯文哲代表的「白色力量」？黃國昌只表示，可以和柯文哲公開的談談。
