|產經行政院在今（23）日拍板「投資台灣三大方案」，要加碼再延長三年，這三大方案，新增貸款總額4300億，預估可以帶動近兆元投資。但為了配合2050淨零碳排目標，這次新增了減碳條件。根據規劃，減碳條件包括使用綠電或設置再生能源設備，以及綠建築等等。
