Many faculties and students worry if the school being closed down, they may lose their rights. ==LIU PEI-YI Chief Secretary, Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity== Before the Ministry of Education reaches its final decision, we continue making our efforts. We hope the institute can continue its admission enrollment and academic operation. If we can continue academic operation, teachers' and students' rights can be reserved, just like in the past. The Asia-Pacific Institute of Creativity has about 1,500 students. Last year the school starts encountering problems on student enrollment, funds and faculties. Although the school submitted improvement plan, but the Ministry of Education disqualified it. The ministry requests the school for another submission by the deadline of April 28. ==YANG YU-HUEI Dir-gen, Dept. of Tech and Vocational Education, MOE== If the institute being terminated for its 2017 enrollment, but the institute continues to improve with efforts, then it's possible for them to resume for 2018 enrollment. This depends on how the school is making its improvement with determination. The institute said, approximately 200 students are undergoing transfer procedure. The board directors are investing more funds for improvements, and they hope to obtain favorable response from the Ministry of Education.
