On the morning of March 1st Taiwan time, US president Donald Trump delivered his first address to Congress since his election, where he adopted a tone that some say was uncharacteristically presidential. Discussing the issue of health care, which has been the focus of much attention, he emphasized the importance of free choice and said that he would use legislation to force pharmaceutical companies to lower prices.
