According to international news sources on June 22, North Korea fired two ballistics missiles towards the Sea of Japan. Although both failed, neighboring countries are very concerned. Japan's NHK reported that sea-air defense units, has received high-level government authorization, if North Korean missiles approach Japanese airspace or territorial waters, Japan will launch interceptor missiles to shoot them down.
