Taipei Dome Won't Start Trial Operation in October 大巨蛋10月試營運卡關 柯卸任前難開幕

It's been confirmed now that the Taipei Dome will not open before Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je finishes his tenure this year. Farglory was expected to start trial operations in October. Currently, the company's fire and smoke evacuation report is still being reviewed by the Ministry of the Interior. It has been determined that trial operations will not be possible in October.

The trial operation time of Taipei Dome is far away. Farglory submitted a simulation report of fire evacuation and smoke control performance in April and June last year to the central government. The results have not yet been released. The Taipei City Government frankly said that the trial operation will not start by October this year. It is estimated that construction on changes made will be another one and a half months. The city government has required Farglory to obtain its operation license before the end of the year.

Yang Shun-chin, Deputy General Manager, Farglory Public Affairs Office: “The fourth license change is currently under review. Because the risk assessment report has not been issued yet, the review unit still wants to check with the fire department. The so-called smoke control can be reviewed together. So the review is currently stuck with the Ministry of the Interior. Starting trial operation in October may not be achieved.”

Taipei Mayor Ko Wen-je pointed his muzzle at the central government. Ko said Taipei City needs the central government to finish its review before approving Farglory's construction changes. Only then can Farglory finish its construction and obtain the operation license.

Ko Wen-je, Taipei Mayor: “The review was sent in April last year. I don't know why it takes so long to review the fire escape line. The central government doesn't need to do this to get back at me. They are refusing to approve anything, including the legalization of illegal houses in Dazhi, Taipei Dome, and She-tzu Island. I think it's in the DDP's interest to block everything. But they shouldn't outweigh the country's interests.”

Ko emphasized that his government's attitude towards Taipei Dome is to administer everything according to the law.

台北大巨蛋試營運時間遙遙無期。遠雄分別在去年4月、6月向中央提出防火避難性能、煙控模擬審查，至今結果尚未出爐，北市府坦言，10月試營運確定跳票，建照變更設計完成後，預估還要1個半月工期，要求遠雄以年底前拿到使用執照為目標。

遠雄公共事務室副總經理楊舜欽表示：「第4次的建照變更，目前在性能評定的部分，因為評定書還沒有發下來，審查單位會希望跟消防審查，所謂的煙控能夠一起來進行審查，所以目前就卡在所謂的內政部，10月試營運這部分可能沒有辦法達成。」

台北市長柯文哲則將炮口對準中央，認為去年4月遠雄向中央提出防火避難性能審查，至今都沒回函，市府要在內政部回函後才能給遠雄建照變更，遠雄才能接續工程，完工後才能拿到使用執照。

柯文哲表示：「去年4月到現在，我也不曉得它為什麼防火避難線審查要審這麼久，其實這樣也不要為了對付柯文哲，你知道大灣北段、大巨蛋、社子島每一樣都卡，我覺得是這樣政黨的利益不要超過國家的利益，這是不應該的。」

柯文哲強調，北市府對大巨蛋的態度，「不會放水、也不會刁難、一切依法行政」，該怎麼做就怎麼做。
