Tsai's Campaign to Announce VP Candidate Within Two Days|蔡競辦中選會領表 副手人選這一兩天公布

President Tsai Ing Wen's campaign spokesman Ruan Jhao-syong went to the Central Election Commission to pick up the official registration form. Candidates from several parties are gearing up as the 2020 presidential election approaches. KMT Candidate Han Kuo-yu will partner up with former premier Simon Chang, whereas People First Party's candidate James Soong will team up with Hsu Hsiang, a media personality. Ruan said that Tsai's running mate will be announced within the next one to two days.


The president has reiterated that she will team up with the best partner at the right time. We will do our best to fight for public support in hopes to win a second term in office. (The due date for registration is November 18, when will you announce the candidate for vice president?) Like I just stressed, we will announce the candidate to the public within the next one to two days. I believe we will announce it at the proper time.



蔡英文總統競選連任辦公室發言人 阮昭雄表示：「總統也一再重申，最佳時機，我們會有最佳搭檔，我們會全力以赴爭取國人支持，爭取連任。（18號就要登記了，你們預計什麼時候宣布副總統人選？) 對，我剛剛特別強調，這個副手這一兩天就會對外來做公開，那我想在適當的時機，我們會正式向對外來做宣布之後，會告訴大家。」
