Citing Rumors, Premier Attacks Former President, KMT|傳陳同佳大選後投案 由律師陳長文辯護

Hong Kong suspect Chan Tong-kai, who is wanted for the murder of his girlfriend in Taiwan last year, stated his willingness to surrender in Taiwan for sentencing / after he was released from jail in Hong Kong on Oct. 23rd. 民進黨立委 管碧玲表示
是一個事先討論好的、協調好的、處理好的一個故事，然後用這個故事，硬逼我們要吞下去。


蘇揆說詞強硬，綠委也來幫腔，批評港府和律師、事務所是共謀意圖，面對綠營攻勢，馬前總統辦公室表示，行政院長帶頭造謠，抹黑前總統，完全不提要如何處理這命案，還死者公道，只會滿腦子政治算計、滿嘴選舉語言，讓國人蒙羞。藍委也嗤之以鼻。

國民黨立委 林奕華表示
民進黨一直在做政治操作，從9月知道之後，我覺得他就一直在算計他要怎樣在從中得到最多的政治利益。

國民黨立委 陳玉珍表示
(3個月後再來)他們不想捲入這樣所謂的政治糾紛，那這個事件就很明顯，政治指導辦案。

而記者致電陳長文，他表示，牧師管浩鳴只是好心要幫忙他的學生陳同佳，他選擇相信，隨後，陳長文發出簡單聲明，強調陳同佳案應該是純粹的法律和公民教育的基本問題，也是牧師誨人不倦精神，和律師為正義服務的事；法律問題依法解決，不容也不宜政治汚染至於未來是否可能為陳同佳辯護等問題，陳長文一概不表意見。
