KMT BOYCOTT AND CIVIL GROUPS PROTEST, BUT BILL PUSHED THROUGH|藍營杯葛議事 前瞻條例衝突中過初審

The legislative battle over the Forward-Looking Infrastructure Development Program bill continued in a joint committee conference. The convener DPP lawmaker Chiu Yi-ying declared its passage of the first review by reciting article by article despite fierce pan-blue opposition. It must be rejected and started from scratch. The pan-blue camp moved to adjourn the meeting, but the green majority rejected the motion and line-by-line review of the bill began. Meeting chair Chiu Yi-ying read through the bill despite the commotion, then announced that the initial review was complete and the bill will now enter the process of consult among parties. ==HO HSIN-CHUN DPP Legislator== All articles will be under review on the legislative floor. The parties still have a chance to express their opinions during the consult process, so once again I call on the opposition to drop their irrational resistance. Civil groups also protested what they called the careless review of the bill.
