女性首胎平均31.23歲 人工生殖補助年催生逾2600嬰
|生活國人生育年齡逐年增加，根據內政部統計，去年生母第1胎平均年齡來到31.23歲，比前1年再增0.14歲，為近5年增幅最大，45歲以上的高齡媽媽更成長至563人。因應遲婚晚育現象，衛福部去年擴大人工生殖補助，1年以來已成功催生超過2600名嬰兒，不過醫生仍提醒，準媽媽年齡越高，妊娠併發症風險或胎兒低出生體重、染色體異常或其他先天缺陷疾病的風險也會越高。
