Legislature Discusses Cyberarmy Crisis 立委家暴案林嫌疑網軍 藍委直言國安危機

Legislator Kao Chia-yu's ex-boyfriend, the man surnamed Lin who has been reported is a member of a cyberarmy. Kuomintang legislators said this is a security crisis. Meanwhile, PChome chairperson Zhan Hong-zhi's request to resign as a national policy advisor was granted as he has been accused of pressuring the media after Lin committed domestic abuse. Democratic Progressive Party Legislator Kao Chia-yu's ex-boyfriend, a man surnamed Lin, remains under detention for physically assaulting her. It has been reported that he is a member of a cyberarmy. On Dec. 9, the legislature discussed the "national security crises of cyberarmies disrupting Taiwan and pundit commentaries on social issues." When asked how the investigation into Kao's case is proceeding, Justice Minister Tsai Ching-hsiang said anyone who violates laws will be investigated, regardless of whether they're a member of a cyberarmy or not.Tsai Ching-hsiang, Justice Minister: “The New Taipei District Prosecutors Office's prosecutors and judicial police officers are examining related evidence.”Kuomintang legislators believe this incident doesn't only involve domestic violence, and said Lin had his reasons for getting close to Kao, and he also may have formed a cyberarmy. They pointed out that Vice President William Lai previously called on President Tsai Ing-wen to put an end to the attacks of her cyberarmy, showing that victims come from all political parties. PChome chairperson Zhan Hong-zhi has been accused of pressuring the media after Lin committed domestic abuse. His request to resign as a national policy advisor was granted. The KMT said this is a security crisis.Cheng Li-wun, Legislator (KMT): “I learned on Sunday that this week's Mirror Media will publish screenshots from Kao Chia-yu's videos, so I wanted to ask you all on Monday about it, but the Democratic Progressive Party wouldn't let you have a meeting on Monday. Don't tell me that at the end, there will only be one person prosecuted, and his name is Lin Ping-shu. What a joke. Everyone knows that the investigators and prosecutors were all cultivated by the DPP.”Chiang Yung-chang, Legislator (DPP): “There are many administrative measures that aren't all-purpose.  Now, I'm asking you what can be done. ”Tsai Ching-hsiang, Justice Minister: “The criminal code is not all-purpose. You can't rely on it for everything. There are many administrative measures right now that can have an immediate impact if they are applied. For example, there is an authority in charge of managing the Internet that can quickly handle cases.” Chiang Yung-chang, Legislator (DPP): “ The NCC isn't capable of removing anything immediately.”Lin reportedly told his lawyer that Kao accepted a Rolex watch and funding of NT$4 million. Kao had her lawyer issued a statement saying this is a lie. She said Lin is once again using the media to spread rumors, discredit her, and influence public opinion. She intends to sue him for slander.    民進黨立委高嘉瑜遭家暴案，林姓嫌犯被羈押禁見，還被起底疑似具有網軍身分，對此，立法院9日召開「網軍亂台及名嘴辦案的國安危機」專題報告，外界關注家暴案的進度，法務部長蔡清祥表示，不管任何人是不是網軍，只要有違法事實都會依法偵查。法務部長蔡清祥說:「相關事證，新北地檢署檢察官，都在指揮司法警察在偵查當中。」國民黨立委認為家暴案不單純，質疑林嫌有目的接近高嘉瑜，涉及網軍的組織犯罪，也列舉副總統賴清德曾向總統蔡英文喊話停止網軍攻擊，表示網軍的受害者不分藍綠，至於PChome集團董事長詹宏志被指控在家暴案疑似施壓媒體，宣布請辭國策顧問獲准，藍委直言這就是國安危機。國民黨立委鄭麗文表示:「我禮拜天就知道這一期的鏡週刊，會登出高嘉瑜的影片的截圖了，所以我禮拜一本來就要問你們，我禮拜一因為民進黨不讓你們開會，不要告訴我最後只有一個人被起訴，叫做林秉樞，那就笑掉所有人的大牙，大家就知道檢調也是民進黨養的。」民進黨立委江永昌提問:「刑法不是萬能，那現在造成影響，法務部要如何處理?」蔡清祥回應:「刑法不是萬能的，不能什麼事情都要靠刑法，還有很多行政措施可以迅速處理，譬如在網路的管理，有他的主管機關，他可以很迅速的處理。」民進黨立委江永昌接著說:「NCC就不可能做到立刻下架。」針對林嫌在律見時，宣稱高嘉瑜收受400萬以及勞力士手錶，高嘉瑜透過律師發聲明指出絕非事實，表示林男再次利用媒體放話、抹黑造謠帶風向，也委請律師對其提告誹謗罪。
