另外，對於游迺文被舉報，涉嫌在晨會強勢要求下屬，以"相對高價"等手法，買進遠百股票，對此，他也一併否認，強調只有在會議中給投資建議，在場也沒人反對，而勞動基金炒股弊案，風波持續延燒，也將陸續傳喚相關被告出庭，還原事件真相。
