花蓮港西側碼頭昨（16）日晚間廁所突然發生大火，特殊的船造型屋頂被燒的面目全非，之後有民眾前往港警所自首，聲稱是為朋友慶生在玩仙女棒，離去時有確認熄滅火苗，但不知道為何還是燒起來。

花蓮港警接獲民眾報案，有一名身心障礙女子被詐騙到柬埔寨至今下落不明，佈線追查後，竟破獲人蛇集團在台幹部據點，以及控制被害者的收容中繼站。
花蓮漁港內禁止垂釣，但以往主管單位並無取締，不過最近有漁民向縣府檢舉，釣客讓環境髒亂，漁船經過也不收釣線造成引擎壞損，漁民與釣客衝突不斷，縣府將聯合稽查依法開罰。
