27 PRC Warplanes Spotted in Taiwan's ADIZ on Nov. 28 昨27架共機擾台 首見運油-20空中加油機

According to the Ministry of National Defense, 27 PRC warplanes entered Taiwan's ADIZ on Nov. 28, including the first Xi'an Y-20 aerial tanker ever announced.

According to the Ministry of National Defense, 27 PRC warplanes entered Taiwan's airspace on the 28th, including bombers, electronic warfare aircraft, Chengdu J-10s, Chengdu J-16s, and a Xi'an Y-20 aerial tanker. Military experts say the PRC fleet was sent out to express China's displeasure over various countries expressing political support for Taiwan and to demonstrate China's ability to completely surround Taiwan with military forces.

Chang Yen-ting, Deputy Air Force Commander: “After reaching the southeast point, it veered north slightly for a short while. We can see their intent -- strategic encirclement of Taiwan -- very clearly.”

More PRC warplanes were spotted in the southwest corner of Taiwan's ADIZ on the morning of the 29th. The ministry says China is currently engaging Taiwan in a long-range war of attrition but Taiwan's military will have countermeasures in place.

Chiu Kuo-cheng, National Defense Minister: “We are keeping abreast of their plane models and types. They have their considerations and we will continue to analyze them for future reference.”

In other news, Taiwan took delivery of its first indigenous advanced jet trainer on the 29th. The jet landed at Taitung's Chihhang Air Base shortly after 10 a.m. Military enthusiasts say they heard Air Force broadcasts ordering PRC planes to leave Taiwan's ADIZ at the same time the plane landed.

中共軍機持續擾台，28日國防部公布中共最新擾台戰機的架次，單日就有27架次，包括轟炸機、通信電戰機和殲10和殲16戰機，還有一架由運輸機改裝的「運油-20」空中加油機，軍事專家認為，這次中共多架次多種組合機型的軍機擾台行動，一方面是發出不滿國際間力挺我國的政治訊息，一方面也展現有能力包圍台灣全島的軍力。

空軍前副司令張延廷表示:「他這一個曲線到了東南之後，他還有點向北邊飛了一下，我們可以看得出來他這個意義非常明顯，有對台灣形成戰略包圍的態勢。」

中共的運油機罕見的出現在我國東南空域，29日早上又有共機出現，國防部表示，共軍擾台沒有停止，正在對國軍進行遠程消耗戰，但我們也會有應對的措施。

國防部長邱國正指出:「他的機型機種都會掌握，他們有他們的考量，我們都會做一個研析，做為以後行動方案的參考，這持續在做的。」

就在中共戰機頻繁擾台的情況下，我國空中新一代的高級教練機，首架量產的「勇鷹號-1101」正式交機，29日上午10點多降落台東志航基地。但軍事迷透露，幾乎在同一時間，透過無線電廣播，聽到共機又再擾台被驅離，意圖不明。
