SuperStar Aquarius Cruise Ship to be Allowed to Return to Keelung|寶瓶星號預計8號抵基隆港 1709人船上檢疫

The Central Epidemic Command Center confirmed that there are 40 or so passengers aboard the cruise ship who previously traveled to China. However, anyone holding a Taiwan passport will not be denied entry into Taiwan as long as they complete the full quarantine. When the ship docks, personnel will go on board to start the quarantine. Anyone with a fever or a travel history to China will be handled separately.

On the morning of Feb. 7, it was reported that the Japanese government had rejected the ship's request to dock and offload passengers, although it may be allowed to do so following negotiations. There are 1,709 Taiwan nationals on board the SuperStar Aquarius, 18 Philippine tourists, six Malaysian or Vietnamese passengers, and one passenger from each of the following four countries of South Korea, Indonesia, Myanmar, and Singapore. There is also a Chinese spouse on board.



以基隆港為母港出港的麗星郵輪寶瓶星號，原定7日返抵基隆，船已駛離那霸，卻收到台灣禁止國際郵輪靠港禁令，基隆港務分公司表示，目前收到的消息是船公司接獲禁令後折返那霸放下外國旅客，預計8日中午左右再返抵基隆港。

基隆港務分公司棧埠事業處經理魏碩良表示：「我們告訴他們，外籍的旅客不能在基隆港入境，他們只好這樣他們自己決定，把外籍的旅客送回去那霸下船，明天大概下午一點靠好(基隆港)。」

中央流行指揮中心證實，已透過資訊系統，了解寶瓶星號上，有四十多人有中國旅遊史，但只要是台灣國籍，一定不會拒絕入境，前提是，先完成檢疫，船一靠港，就會派員上船檢疫，有發燒，或中國旅遊史的，都會分流處理。

衛福部長 陳時中表示：「當船靠岸靠來的時候，我們就會上船做檢疫，那當然有發燒的或有中國旅遊史的，全部都會隔開來然後馬上採檢。（如果有)任何一個陽性，那陽性的病人當然要送到醫院治療，那其他的所有的乘客都要留船隔離。」

只是寶瓶星號折返那霸下客一坡三折，因日本首相在6日就宣示，考慮禁止郵輪上的外籍旅客入境，7號上午一度傳出，日本政府拒絕寶瓶星靠港下客，但經過溝通後，可能同意放行。寶瓶星號上除了1709位台灣旅客，還有18位菲律賓旅客，馬來西亞籍以及越南籍共6名，以及南韓印尼緬甸新加坡各1人，另外還有1名中國籍配偶。
