People Start Collecting Quintuple Vouchers on Oct. 8 五倍券今上路 民眾排隊等候領紙本券

Starting Oct. 8, quintuple stimulus vouchers will be available for pick up from the convenience stores, supermarkets, and drugstores. According to statistics from the Ministry of Economic Affairs, there are 11.93 million people who have booked to pick up their vouchers.

Insert the health insurance card into the card scanner, click on the quintuple stimulus vouchers page to confirm your information, then take the white slip and your health insurance card to the counter to pick up your vouchers. The quintuple stimulus vouchers are now available for pick up starting on the 8th. Many people lined up at the convenience store before 9 am, and the process of collecting the vouchers was smooth.

Citizen："There are actually not many people in the morning, so I take advantage of the morning time to collect my quintuple vouchers."

Congestion at the machine for collecting the stimulus vouchers began when an increasing number of people arrived trying to collect their vouchers. There were people who forgot the store location where they were scheduled to pick up their vouchers. 

Citizen："The machine will spin a few times and then we receive our vouchers. Not bad."

Citizen："How come I haven't collected (the vouchers)? Because I have to get them at the designated store."

Apart from convenience stores, those who make an appointment on the official government website can also pick up their vouchers at supermarkets. Supermarkets are offering NT$100 credits for NT$1,000 in spending. They are also offering gift packages and discounts to target older female shoppers.

Citizen："I can use my vouchers here for fresh foods and daily necessities because I live nearby."

Citizen："I will spend part of it in the store because I have some habitual consumption there."

In addition, people who choose to pick up their vouchers at a drugstore not only can receive extra member credits but also receive a NT$1,000 coupon for every NT$1,000 spent.

Miss Liao, Citizen："You can get up to 24 percent off using paper vouchers coupons, which is quite a lot and then you get 3,000 reward card points when you buy stuff. Finally, you get a NT$1,000 coupon when you spend at least NT$1,000. All in all, this is actually quite a good deal so I want to buy some stuff for my family later."

The first wave of quintuple vouchers can be collected at convenience stores from October 8th to 21st. Pick-up time is limited from 9 am to 10 pm daily. According to the Ministry of Economic Affairs' statistics, an estimated 11.93 million people will pick up their vouchers during this round. The MOEA is recommending not to collect the vouchers in the first three days to avoid crowds and lines.

將健保卡插進超商事務機，接著按頁面上振興五倍券，資料確認無誤後，拿著小白單及健保卡就能到櫃檯領取，第一梯次紙本五倍券8日開領，不少民眾9點不到就到超商排隊，領券過程相當順利。

民眾表示：「早上其實沒什麼人，所以可以利用早上的時間，來領取這個五倍券。」

民眾表示：「還挺順暢的，而且還滿快速的，機器反應的滿快的。」

超商企業公關 林雅芳表示：「我們今年因為疫情的關係，我們也加強了，就是冷凍生鮮的這一個區塊。家電商品，我們也都把它納入這次(五倍券)的規劃裡頭。」

隨著人各地領取人潮越來越多，領券的事務機也開始出現塞車，有民眾試了好幾次才領成功，台中還有民眾記錯預約門市白跑了一趟。

民眾表示：「（事務機)它會旋轉幾次就領到了，還算可以啦！」

民眾表示：「為什麼沒有領？因為它要在指定的門市領取。」

而這回五倍券，除了可在超商領取外，在官網預約的民眾也可選擇到超市領券，業者就推出用1000元賺100元福利點，再加送大禮包的優惠來搶攻婆媽市場。

民眾表示：「我住附近，所以生鮮日常用品，我都可以用在這裡。」

民眾表示：「有一部分會花在賣場，因為可能有一些習慣性的消費。」

另外，選擇到藥妝店領五倍券的民眾，除了會員點數再加碼，還能滿千送千放大五倍券效益。

民眾 廖小姐表示：「紙本券就是好像最高可以打到76折，還滿多的。然後另外就是隨便消費，就有3千點的回饋，然後滿1千又送1千，所以這樣加起來其實還滿優惠。所以想說，等一下，可以幫家人買一些東西。」

五倍券官網和超商的第一波紙本領取時間是從10月8日到21日，每天領券時間只限上午九點到晚上十點，根據經濟部統計，這個梯次預訂紙本五倍券的共有1193萬人，民眾若想避開排隊人潮和減少等候時間，建議可以避開前三天取券。
