Kaohsiung Gets NT$5 Billion to Rebuild Fishing Port|蘇揆視察前鎮漁港 宣示投50億助改建

I would like to say a special thanks to Premier Su (for the investment). Every time the European Union sends observation and study groups, they look at whether our fishery catches conform to standards. We need to make revolutionary changes in all related tasks, including the traffic lines, and the overall production, sales, and usage of fishermen.

Chen said the port is the deep sea fishing port used for the anchorage of fishing vessels with the highest tonnage and highest catch volume in Taiwan. It has been in existence for 50 years, but has become outdated and is no longer able to provide the requirements of fishing ports. It therefore needs to be rebuilt.

In other news, the Ministry of Economic Affairs' Investment Commission has determined that Taobao Taiwan is a Chinese-controlled company and therefore issued a fine of NT$410,000. It also gave the company six months to divest the Chinese investment and make corrections. Su said the government will enact strict checkpoints to prevent Chinese capital from entering Taiwan through trickery.

The Executive Yuan supports how the Ministry of Economic Affairs handled this. We will not allow Chinese investment or tricky, roundabout ways that make it seems like the government has not control.

Su also addressed the Changhua County COVID-19 antibody testing controversy, in particular the postponement of a press conference to announce results. He said Taiwan's disease prevention efforts are there for everyone to see and he hopes the entire country can be in sync and follow the indications of the Central Epidemic Command Center. He added no one should act alone and throw disease prevention measures into disarray.

高雄市長 陳其邁表示：「要特別感謝蘇院長(投入經費)，這些歐盟每次來考察，我們的漁獲是不是每次都符合標準，或者是交通動線，漁民整體的產、銷、用，等等相關的作業，都必須能夠做一個革命性的一些改變。」

陳其邁表示，前鎮漁港是台灣停泊漁船，噸級最大 漁獲量最多的，遠洋漁港，建港至今超過50年，但因為已經無法滿足，現代漁港需求，因此漁港的改建 勢在必行。

而對於經濟部投審會認定，台灣淘寶為中資，開罰新台幣41萬元，限半年內撤資或改正，蘇貞昌表示，政府會嚴格把關，防堵中資，借用各種名義來台。

行政院長 蘇貞昌表示：「經濟部對於相關，這一方面的做法，行政院都支持，不會讓有中資，卻以取巧的方式，三轉、四轉，好像政府都沒得管。」

蘇揆炮口不只對外，彰化縣血清抗體萬人檢測結果緊急喊停，引發各界不同揣測，蘇貞昌呼籲，台灣防疫各界有目共睹，希望全國都能同步順時鐘，按照流行疫情指揮中心的指示來防疫，不要有任何個人行為，來亂了套。
