At the start of our program we reported on the mass shooting incident in a Florida gay nightclub, which left 50 dead and 53 wounded. It is the worst mass shooting in US history. Following this, in Los Angeles, on the west coast, a man carrying weapons and ammunition was arrested. At this point there's no known credible threat here in the Los Angeles area and certainly no connection to anything that's happened in Orlando. There's no known threats and we will be monitoring closely anything that comes to our attention." The suspect was found to be carrying at least three assault rifles and explosives in his car. However, investigating officials said that this incident was not connected to the Orlando gay night club shooting rampage.
