DRONE CRASHES WOUNDS WOMAN|空拍機日月潭失控墜落 砸傷婦人頭部

A tourist from Taipei flew a drone over the Sun-Moon Lake. Due to mechanical failures, the drone went down and hit a woman. The CAA has proposed a draft to regulate drones, which will be sent to the legislature, listing restricted areas in every city and county. Currently, no legal action can be taken against drone owner, the wounded woman can use civil law to demand for compensation.
