Han also announced Japan's Okura Prestige will be building a new NT$6 billion hotel in Kaohsiung in 2020. The city will also benefit from another NT$26.5 billion trade park project. We also have on hand a NT$26.5 billion multi-function economic trade park project. We will hold a tenant recruitment session in Taipei on Sept. 2 and another at the Kaohsiung City Government Sihwei Administration Center on Sept. 4. During the first half of the year, tourist arrivals in Kaohsiung grew by 21 percent with over four million tourists visiting our city. We hope to see tourism continuing to grow in the second half of the year. The hotel will be located at the intersection of Zhongshan 2nd Road and Linsen 4th Road across from the Silks Club, in close vicinity to the Sanduo Shopping District. The blueprint is currently being reviewed by the Urban Development Bureau and construction will begin next year.
