FRENCH PRESIDENT MACRON MEETS WITH PUTIN|馬克宏會蒲亭 異中求同加強合作反恐

French President Macron on Monday rolled out the red carpet for Russian's Valdmir Putin. The two said they had both agreed on the need to move forward on divisive issues, but ill-feeling came to the surface with Macron denouncing Russian media and Putin denying hacking allegations. At the invitation of French President Macron, Russian President Putin visited France. The two leaders inaugurated the exhibition marking the 300th anniversary of Peter the Great's visiting to France. Macron previously accused two Russian media interfered with his presidential election, and President Putin met with Macron's opponent Le Pen in Russia, but Putin said that he did not engage this topic in his dialogue with Macron. As to Syrian issue, France and the U.S. hold different stances support opposition militants, but together they will strengthen on fighting against ISIS. ==EMMANUEL MACRON, French President== A very clear red line exists on our side - the use of chemical weapons, no matter who is responsible - and so all use of chemical weapons will lead to reprisals and an immediate response by France. ==VLADIMIR PUTIN Russian President== What's important is today in the course of the talks, we felt that we see many things in the same way, from the same position, although there are some differences. On the issue of eastern Ukraine, ever since Russia occupied Crimea in 2014, Russia has been expanding forces but suffered from sanctions enforced by western nations. Putin emphasized, sanction has no effect over stability in eastern Ukraine. Macron calls for the Normandy Four Summit to take place soon. ==EMMANUEL MACRON French President== We hope, if I may say. Putin committed to investigate further President Macron's concerns about abuse of LGBT people in Chechnya.
