First in this morning's international news, a military warehouse in eastern Ukraine was blown up early on Thursday. The warehouse, which stored close to 140,000 tons of tank ammunition, was located just about 100 kilometers from the front-line of Ukraine's war against Russian-backed separatists, and while the identity of the saboteurs remain unknown, Ukrainian officials suspect the Russian military or separatist proxy forces were responsible, but separatist groups say the incident is just the result of corruption and negligence in the Ukrainian military.
