Sports Stimulus Vouchers Program Delayed|動滋券領券延後至8/6 使用期限至明年1月底

The Sports Administration recently held a raffle to issue four million stimulus vouchers for sporting activities, and notified the winners via text message or email. Winners were supposed to be able to collect the vouchers starting at 10 a.m. today, but an announcement to postpone the date to Aug. 6. The validity period was also extended.


We wanted to give residents and businesses a better and smoother voucher usage experience, so that's why we decided on a postponement of one week after discussions. The validity period was also extended to Jan. 31, 2021.

The Sports Administration said it made the decision because it wanted to give users a more convenient experience, as well as expand the consumption scope and give businesses more time to join the program. The vouchers will now be available to collect on Aug. 6, and can be used starting on Aug. 8. With regards to where the vouchers can be used, the Administration said they can be used in any place that can be categorized under one of the Ministry of Economic Affairs' 12 sports industry business categories.



教育部常務次長 林騰蛟表示：「動滋券的使用，能夠讓民眾以及業者，能夠有更好的一個使用，能夠更為順暢。所以動滋券，我們就經過討論之後，那麼順延，延後一週，同時使用的期限，也延後到這個，明年110年的1月31號止。」

體育署表示，為了讓民眾在動滋券使用，能有更便利、多元的消費範圍，也讓其他有意願的業者、商家能及時加入，並穩定合作店家的交易系統品質，決定延後領券時間，改由8月6號開始領券，並從8月8號開始使用。另外針對動滋券合作商家類型的疑慮，體育署則回應，只要是符合經濟部認定的12項體育產業類別商家，即使像是百貨公司，也都能成為動滋券合作的店家。
