Internet Celebrity Criticized for Rooftop Photo Shoot|闖21樓頂拍網美照 百貨業者擬提告

Some people recently went to the roof top of a 21-floor department store in Taichung to take pictures. A woman even lied down on the edge of the roof in an internet photo. There were no protective facilities and she could have easily fallen. Netizens criticized this as playing with fire. The department store said that the roof is a restricted area and it may file a police report to prevent the public from breaking in again.

The department store says the 19th and 20th floors of the building are offices and not open to the public, and the 21st floor is used for storage. Although there are stairs leading up to the roof, the doors are locked and there are "restricted area" signs. As the locks seem to have been tampered with and to deter such behavior in the future, the store may file a police report.

This was really dangerous behavior. Apart from danger to herself, she could have hurt someone else by dropping something. The most important point, however, is that breaking and entering laws were violated. The (department store) can press criminal charges.

Police say the woman and her photographer may face criminal charges of breaking and entering, which is punishable by up to one year in prison. In addition, the woman might have hurt herself or others if she had fallen from the roof and everyone should refrain from such dangerous behavior.

民眾 劉先生表示：「應該是不太好，都不太好。」

百貨業者表示，對外開放的空間，只有到18樓，19、20樓是辦公室，21樓是倉儲空間，雖有樓梯可通往頂樓，但每個門都有上鎖，並設置警語、提醒民眾勿擅闖，不過疑似門鎖遭到破壞，才會被闖入頂樓，為了遏止這樣的歪風，蒐集相關證據後，考慮向警方報案。

台中市第一分局公益派出所長 江清萬表示：「這個行為真的是很危險，如果說本身造成危險以外，你如果說有物品掉落的話，其實也是會侵害到他人的權益，另外最重點是，這個行為真的是觸犯到刑法侵入罪的部分，業主是可以提出告訴的，這是要受刑法處分的。」

警方表示，目前百貨業者還未報案，但擅闖頂樓，可能觸犯刑法入侵住宅罪，最高可處一年以下有期徒刑，若不慎掉落，可能傷人傷己，呼籲民眾還是不要進行這樣危險的拍攝活動。
