Taiwan has enjoyed hot sunny weather over the past couple of days. However, other places in the world have been less fortunate and have experienced extreme weather. In New York, heat waves resulted in high temperatures over 32°C which due to humidity levels, felt like 40°C. In Louisiana floods worsened over the weekend. On the other side of the world, even Beijing experienced torrential rain and floods. New York has been hit by a heat wave with temperatures over 32°C, and due to the high humidity, it felt like 40°C. Some people went topless, and some resorted to ice cream to combat the unbearable heat. ==NEW YORK RESIDENT== I've never experienced weather this hot in New York. It's so hard to get outside.
