Kao Hung-an's Office Searched in Wage Fraud Case 高虹安涉詐領助理費 檢調搜索國會辦公室

Hsinchu City Mayor-elect Kao Hung-an was previously accused of wage fraud during her time as legislator and her assistants allegedly had to contribute overtime pay to a provident fund, which are violations of the Anti-Corruption Act. The Taipei District Prosecutors Office is investigating, and so far has searched Kao's legislative office to collect evidence. Prosecutors also interrogated Kao and called in her boyfriend Lee Chung-ting for questioning. 

Prosecutors and police officers go in and out of Kao's legislative office. Some remove boxes of documents. They recently mounted a joint attack, questioning multiple assistants. Kao also traveled to Taipei to be questioned by prosecutors. A lawyer for Kao and Lee was present. The office said the investigation is ongoing and it cannot discuss or verify who has been called in for questioning and what documents were seized.

檢調今（15）上午兵分多路進行偵辦，搜索高虹安國會辦公室，調閱資料跟物證，也將約談高虹安以及男友李忠庭，而高虹安本人已前往北機站偵訊。檢警在高虹安國會辦公室進進出出，搬出多箱資料，日前也分進合擊，分別密訊黃惠玟、副主任陳昱愷等多名助理。而高虹安目前人到台北前往北機站偵訊，至於高虹安跟李忠庭兩人的委任律師也已到場。對於約談哪些人、調閱哪些資料，北檢表示，案件偵辦中，不評論也不證實。
