Groups Decry DPP Using Central Resources to Protect Lim 綠力挺林昶佐 罷昶團體嘆小蝦米抗大鯨魚

Independent lawmaker Freddy Lim released a promotional video starring Premier Su Tseng-chang and former lawmaker Lin Ching-yi. Pro-recall groups are blasting the Democratic Progressive Party for using central resources to keep Lim in office.

Freddy Lim has released a video starring Premier Su Tseng-chang and former lawmaker Lin Ching-yi pleading his case to voters.

Su Tseng-chang, ROC Premier: “You've worked so hard. We have to stand together to protect Taiwan.”

Vice President William Lai took it one step further, releasing his own video in support of Lim.

William Lai, ROC Vice President: “Let's stop the evil and reject the recall motion against [Freddy] Lim.”

On the 6th, President and Democratic Progressive Party Chair Tsai Ing-wen shared a stage with Lim at a rally.

Freddy Lim, Legislator (IND): “The nation has united to support me with votes and canvassing for me. Let's make sure recall motions are not abused like this ever again. The nation needs to make its will known.”

The recall vote against Freddy Lim will take place on Jan. 9. Zhongzheng and Wanhua Districts should think about this opportunity. Groups supporting Lim's recall are blasting the DPP for using central government resources to keep Lim in office.

Kao Yu-an, Spokesperson of Freddy Lim Recall Group: “The central government is using its full force to suppress the voices of young people. How are the masses supposed to combat the power of the ruling party?  Let me ask you, DPP and Freddy Lim: Have you no shame?”

Lim will be recalled with a simple majority and 58,000 votes.

 

林昶佐公布和行政院長蘇貞昌與前立委林靜儀共同拍攝的宣傳影片，目標打贏選戰。蘇貞昌表示:「辛苦了，我們要一起守住台灣唷。」副總統賴清德也拍攝影片，要終結惡鬥，雙林雙贏。賴清德說:「終結惡戰，拒絕罷林。」

6日下午，身兼民進黨主席的總統蔡英文還將和林昶佐合體造勢，要守住台北市第五選區、中正萬華區這一席立委。

林昶佐表示:「藉由全民一起團結，都有站出來投票或者是拉票，讓這個罷免未來，不會再繼續被濫用，那全民的意志要展現出來。」

相較於林昶佐獲得民進黨大力支持，罷昶團體只有1人站在宣傳車上，掃街拜票，罷昶團體大嘆，罷免案變成在地小蝦米對抗民進黨府院黨大鯨魚。

罷免林昶佐團體發言人高毓安表示:「用整個府院黨的力量，來去壓在地青年的聲音，一個是高高在上的執政黨，一個是在地最接地氣，最草根的聲音這樣的懸殊，這樣的落差比起來，我就問你民進黨，問你執政黨，問你林昶佐，你好意思嗎？」

罷昶投票進入最後倒數階段，正反雙方都呼籲選民出來投下神聖的一票。根據選罷法規定，罷免案同意票要達到5萬8千票、並且大於不同意票，才能通過罷免。
