New Taipei Man Confesses to Murdering His Father 永和分屍案偵破 子不滿父對母施暴行兇

Police found a headless and limbless body in a ditch in New Taipei City's Yonghe District. Police searched high and low and twelve hours later arrested a man surnamed Fu, who is the son of the dead man. Fu confessed to murdering his elderly father and dismembering his body.
 

After reviewing countless surveillance camera footage, the police finally identified and arrested a man surnamed Fu early morning on Dec. 9 who is suspected of killing his father and dumping the remains in a ditch. 

Li Chih-hsiang, Squadron Chief, Yonghe Precinct, New Taipei Police Dept.: “Eye-witnesses offered their accounts of seeing Fu late in the evening by the ditch and throwing unknown objects into the ditch. We analyzed all information given very carefully. We compared several images and locked in on Fu. ”

Fu dumped his father's remains in a ditch that runs along Alley 292 on Baoping Road in New Taipei City's Yonghe District. The ditch is now closed off as the police are still trying to search for other parts of his father's body since the body was headless and limbless when first discovered. The police are also on the search for tools used to perpetrate the crime and other related evidence. Fu confessed that he had killed his father because he had been unable to stop his father from being violent towards his mother for an extensive period of time. New Taipei City Department of Social Welfare has now stepped in to provide assistance. 

Hsu Chia-chi, Director, DVSAP Center, Dept of Social Welfare, New Taipei: “The victim's wife needs to be taken care of. We will discuss with other family members to see how we can arrange something more suitable for her so that she gets taken care of properly. ”

According to preliminary investigations, suspect Fu had suffocated his father, then placed him in a storage box and moved him to the attic on the seventh floor. Fu dismembered the body after eight days on Dec. 6. On Dec. 7, Fu placed the body in a suitcase, carried it to the ditch and dumped it in. Police will investigate further into Fu's criminal intent.  

 

涉嫌殺害父親，丟進大排水溝棄屍的符姓嫌犯，9日凌晨被帶回警局，面對問題，沒有回答，而警方成立專案小組，動員上百名警力，調閱上百支監視器，終於把嫌犯逮捕，更透露破案關鍵。

新北永和分局偵查隊長李志祥指出:「有目擊證人提供相關的情資，指證符姓嫌犯在半夜時有在該處出現，也有丟棄相關東西的動作，本分局抽絲剝繭 比對影像，逐步的來鎖定符姓嫌犯。」

棄屍地點，就在新北永和一處瓦磘溝，現場已經拉起封鎖線，員警持續打撈，因爲死者遺體被發現時，只剩軀幹，沒有頭部和四肢，而且要繼續找出犯案工具和證物，嫌犯向警方供稱，不滿父親對母親言語暴力才會下手犯案，現在，社會局也已經介入了解。

新北社會局家防中心主任許家綺說：「被害人太太的部分，她有照顧的一個需求，所以我們後續會跟家屬的部分，一起共同來討論，規劃怎麼樣對被害者太太的照顧，計劃的部分，做一個比較好的安排。」

警方初步調查，嫌犯是在11月底，趁著午睡時間，將父親悶死後，帶到頂樓放置，時隔8天，再進行分屍，到了在12月7日，決定放進行李箱，拖行棄屍，而詳細犯案動機，仍有待進一步釐清，預計在傍晚，嫌犯移送地檢署複訊。
