The second and third days from 3pm to 11 pm, from Toucheng to Pinglin may take 7.4 times as long as usual. ==CHANG CHONG-CHIH Head, TANFB Traffic Management Div.== The main traffic will probably be on Saturday, there will be peak traffic going south starting at around six or seven am and traffic will be heavier then. This will go on until the early afternoon. The TANFB called on road users to rest well before they set out and keep up with the traffic situation. Taiwan High Speed Rail announced that on May 26 and 27 there would be two extra non-reserved seat services, stopping at all stations going south.
