TAICHUNG CITY MOVES TO RAISE RECYCLING RATE AND REDUCE INCINERATION|增回收率.減垃圾量 台中6月起破袋檢查

Starting in June, garbage collectors in Taichung City will begin to check people's garbage for recyclables. If found, there will be penalties.
