Tenants are given AZ vaccine while forced to undergo compulsory “self-health management” precaution.Presenter: Special inoculation drive has been carried out at a residential complex in Banciao, where over 400 tenants are currently performing "self-health management" after a cluster infection of six people was reported. 300 doses have been allocated to vaccinate those who haven't received a first shot, in the hope to contain the outbreak.Residents of Building A in the Banqiao apartment complex, who are currently performing "self-health management," were given AZ vaccines on Sept. 13.The central government agreed to send over 300 vaccine doses, which were administered in the lobby of the building on the 13th under the watchful eye of Hospital and Social Welfare Organizations Administration Commission CEO Wang Bi-sheng.Wang Bi-sheng, CEO, Hospital and Social Welfare Organizations Administration Commission:”Some of them had already been vaccinated, so we decided on around 300 doses. We are not considering giving them second doses right now because second doses are more complicated if we don't know what kind of vaccine they got. The primary consideration is still whether it's time for them yet.”The government is only allowing the residents one dose and is not considering giving them a second dose right now. In addition, residents of the building that had already gotten a first dose and those under 18 were not included.Liu Ho-jan, New Taipei City Deputy Mayor:”Of course, you have to administer every vaccine available. If there are no more vaccines when the (300) have been used up, we will notify the central government immediately. We're done vaccinating Building A and will start vaccinating residents of Building B when they've completed quarantine.”Chief Commissioner of a Banqiao Community Association:”We were only notified today. Fortunately, the numbers were within our control. For many of the residents, it was their first dose.”The new case confirmed in Taipei City on the 12th is a 20-something fast food worker. The restaurant was closed on the 12th for three days for disinfection and will suspend on-site dining service for 11 days through the 26th. Taipei City Deputy Mayor Huang Shan-shan says the worker had a Ct value of 37 and the likelihood of him infecting others at this point is very low. As there may be other similar cases in the community, Huang hopes his infection source can be identified as soon as possible.  全副武裝進入大樓內消毒，新北幼兒園群聚感染蔓延到板橋某社區大樓，B棟住戶已經清空，全數隔離，A棟有473人自主健康管理，中央同意為A棟住戶施打AZ疫苗，提撥300劑、兩個時段在社區大樓大廳接種，衛福部醫福會執行長王必勝特別到現場關心接種情形。衛福部醫福會執行長 王必勝：「有一部分施打過所以我們抓寬一點，大概抓300劑。暫時沒有考慮第二劑的問題，因為第二劑比較複雜，因為第二劑不曉得，他打的是什麼樣的疫苗，這個還有就是他這個時間有沒有到。」針對社區大樓住戶，目前規劃接種第一劑疫苗為主，暫時沒考慮第二劑，第二劑還要再研議，這次施打對象不包括已施打第1劑及18歲以下未成年住戶。新北市副市長 劉和然：「一定要打到完，如果打到完的時候藥劑不夠，我們也立即會跟中央反映，A棟已經施打了，未來B棟隔離完，一定要安排施打。」板橋某社區主委：「我們今天也是依通知，人數還好都還在控管當中，有很多都打過第一劑疫苗了。」而北市12日新增1例本土個案，是20多歲、連鎖速食店的員工，速食店12日起停業3天並清消，15日復業後，停止內用11天到26日，感染源還在釐清中。台北市副市長黃珊珊在臉書上表示，個案Ct值高達37，可能與松山區國中生、案16179一樣，是已經得過且產生抗體的「殘陽」，社區中可能還有類似的案例沒有被找出來，希望能盡速找到感染源。
