Thornton reiterated that the THAAD anti-missile system deployment in South Korea is solely to cope with North Korea, not China. U.S. hopes China to refrain North Korea, also U.S.'s "One China Policy" has not changed. Secretary Tillerson is to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping and Premier Li Keqiang. The meetings will pave the way for future meetings between two presidents. ==HUA CHUN-YING Spokesperson, Chinese Foreign Ministry== Currently, both sides are keeping close contacts in the communication between the two heads of state and exchanges at various levels. The White House Press Secretary Spicer said they are in preparation of a summit for President Trump and President Xi, aiming to soothe tensions caused by THAAD deployment and to give ways in trade. The summit may be held in Florida in April.
