SOLDIER JUMPS TO DEATH AFTER DISCHARGE DELAYED|疑申請退伍遭拖延 特戰兵墜樓身亡

An Army Aviation and Special Forces trooper surnamed Lu has allegedly committed suicide by jumping off his hotel.
