Taoyuan District Prosecutors Office has obtained tape recording of an allegedly revealing a secrete phone conversation in a call by a bus operator staff member to a bus technician. The staff mentioned that the bus company hired uncertified technicians to modify the buses, and that's what caused the accident. Prosecutors confirmed they have the recording but declined disclose details on an ongoing investigation.
