Taipei City Stimulus Voucher Raffle Held 北市熊好券上線 中籤者可消費至明年1/2

Taipei City's stimulus voucher program went online on Nov. 5. The city says the vouchers can be used starting immediately and they are good through Jan. 2 next year.

Taipei City drew the winning numbers for its stimulus vouchers on the 5th. The winning numbers of 2, 1, 4, 2 and 3 were drawn by city officials including Taipei City Mayor Ko Wen-je. Vouchers can be used immediately at 14,000 stores around Taipei and are good through Jan. 2 next year. 

Ko Wen-je, Taipei City Mayor: “Over 10,000 (businesses) are taking part. Total voucher value comes in at just under NT$600 million, which is just under NT$60,000 per business. I hope (the vouchers) can help the 10,000-plus businesses.”

On the 4th, Ko discussed his "eight-year, 50,000-unit" public housing plan with city councilors, saying Minister without Portfolio Chang Jing-sen came up with this number. Chang immediately hit back, saying he's never worked for Ko's administration. He also said Ko should resign and focus on running for president instead, and said former Taipei City Deputy Mayor Charles Lin or former Taipei City Department of Urban Development Commissioner Lin Jou-min can take Ko's place.

Ko Wen-je, Taipei City Mayor: “We're looking at 50,000 units in eight years, although that is not an easy task. Chang Jing-sen should know this from his time with the central government. The central government has only started work on 600 units as of now. This is just a war of words. Charles Lin has been deputy mayor of Taipei. He served as deputy mayor for four years. Words of anger don't need to be expressed out loud.”

Chang Jing-sen, Minister Without Portfolio: “Don't misunderstand me. This public housing -- public housing is something the people need. Everyone admits this. The central and local governments are both working hard on this.”

In response, Ko said he and Chang are good friends and many of his political beliefs came from Chang. He also said 10,000 public housing units are currently under construction.

依序骰出號碼，台北市政府的熊好券，5號正式上線，總份數為113.7萬份。北市府舉行抽籤記者會，由柯文哲、副市長黃珊珊，及秘書長陳志銘，依序骰出2、1、4、2、3的號碼。抽獎後，將當天派券即可使用，中籤者可以消費到明年1月2日止。不過，因為目前合作店家約有1.4萬家，被質疑是否太少？

台北市長柯文哲表示:「1萬多家也夠了，因為我們，其實我們這個，大概差不多還不到6億，1萬多家，其實每一家來分到6萬，6萬還不到，5萬而已，我希望1萬多家的運作，先帶起一個風潮。」

除了熊好券話題，因為柯文哲4號議會備詢，面對議員質疑他「8年5萬戶社宅」的政策，嚴重跳票，柯文哲卻回應，是政委張景森告訴他的，引來張景森回擊，表示自己沒進柯市府工作過，還建議柯文哲辭去市長、專心選總統，還推薦前副市長林欽榮，或前都發局長林洲民，來代理台北市長。

台北市長柯文哲表示:「8年5萬戶，其實正確講，5萬戶是對的，可是8年要蓋到，沒有那麼容易，我想張景森自己在中央政府，就知道啦，你看中央住都中心，他們到現在 中央的部分到現在為止，開工才6百戶而已，這都是口水戰，因為事實上林欽榮當過台北市副市長，當過4年了嘛，所以這都是有時候口水，有時候氣話，不用講啦。」
 

行政院政務委員張景森表示:「不要誤會啦，這個公宅其實就是人民的需要，這個大家都有承認，中央跟地方都一樣，就一起來努力。」

柯文哲強調，自己跟張景森是好朋友，很多政治概念都來自他；對於社宅建設進度的事，柯文哲表示，會一步步修正，也會維持1萬戶的施工，穩定前進。
