The International Weightlifting Federation announced on its official website that 15 weightlifters at the 2008 Beijing Olympics tested positive for doping, including 3 Chinese female gold medalists. Chen Wei-Ling competed in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, the 2009 Kaohsiung World Games, and the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games.
