Survey shows public feel military is lax / 飛彈誤射引民怨 民調74%認軍紀鬆散

Military experts suggest that the Hsiung Feng III missile should be placed on a larger naval vessel instead of class III patrol boats like Chin Chiang, and such weapons should not be controlled by inexperienced personnel. However, a former head of the vessel says that, experience comes from training, and class three boats are more suitable since they are smaller, more maneuverable and harder to detect. ==LU LI-SHI Former crew member, Shin Chiang== Since these type of boats (class III) are smaller, they are harder to detect. This is why it can carry deadly weapons like the missiles and reach the launch location. Lu emphasized that large naval vessels are used for major warfare.
