China's State Council says President Xi's policy to enhance the Chinese military has played out well, drastically improving the country's forces in just 5 years. The State Council also stresses that China's military has every right to travel through non-territorial waters, and regarding territorial disputes with India, it says China will protect its territory integrity, with a will stronger than a mountain. China and India have territorial dispute since June over Donglang region. According to China, Indian guards crossed into China's border plateau and obstructed road maintenance. Chinese border troops have adopted emergency measures and demanded India for an immediate withdraw. On the same day, Chinese CCTV reported its bomber force, particularly its newly self-made Xian H-6 strategic bomber. The report delivered a message of deterrence to foreign threats. The news reports said that H-6 bomber has completed its distant sea training in the western Pacific Ocean, regular combat escorts in the South China Sea, patrolling in the East China Sea Air Defense Identification Zone and other joint-force exercises.
