The Riccio whom Simpson was referring to was the person who called Simpson in September 2007 and told Simpson that his sports memorabilia were to be auctioned off. Simpson brought arms with him and intended for retrieval. But Simpson got arrested and court ruled him 33 years in prison under charges of armed robbery and assault with a weapon. After serving nine years, Simpson got his parole. In 1994, Simpson was charged and acquitted with killing his wife Nicole and Ronald Goldman, but he was released due to lack of evidence. Simpson used to be a football super star, he was viewed as best running back in NFL history. Simpson played Super Bowl for six times and named the hall of fame in 1985. Nevada State parole board voted granting parole to Simpson, and he will be released as early as October this year.
