DRAMATIC GUANGXI LANDSLIDE CAPTURED BY DASHCAM|廣西土石流沖走車輛 場面怵目驚心

In southern China, a landslide, possibly triggered by continuous rainfall, struck a busy road and swallowed 8 vehicles. The incident took place at around 4pm on Wednesday in China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The heart-stopping moment was captured by a car's dashcam. The two-lane road was busy with traffic, and cars were moving slowly ahead one by one when the landslide struck, entirely out of the blue. Eight vehicles were caught up in the landslide, with 16 drivers and passengers affected. One was left trapped inside his car but the rest managed to escape through the windows of their cars. The man who got trapped was immediately rescued by firefighters and sent to the hospital. As of Wednesday evening, the road remains closed. Work to clear the affected area continues.
