TWO PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATES VOTE AT START OF POLLING DAY|美總統大選投開票 結果最快中午揭曉

Today is the day that Americans get to choose between Hilary Clinton and Donald Trump as their 45th president of the United States. So far both candidates have cast their ballots. At a polling station in New York, Hillary Clinton spoke about how humbled she felt knowing that so many people are counting on the outcome this election, while Donald Trump, showing up at an NYC polling station in a motorcade with his family, said he was excited. Hillary Clinton and her husband former President Bill Clinton walked out to greet supporters after casting their votes on Nov. 8 in their hometown of Chappaqua, New York. Supporters chanted "I believe that she will win!" as the couple shook hands and took selfies. ==HILLARY CLINTON Democratic presidential candidate== It is the most humbling feeling Dan because, you know, I know how much responsibility goes with this and so many people are counting on the outcome of this election, what it means for this country, and I'll do the very best I can if I'm fortunate enough to win today. Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump received a mixed welcome at his local polling station in New York City. Accompanied by his wife Melania and daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Trump arrived just before 11 am in a motorcade at Public School 59 in midtown east New York to vote. ==DONALD TRUMP Republican presidential candidate== No, I'm not nervous. I'm very excited. It's a great opportunity. There's tremendous enthusiasm you see it all over the country, all over the world. It's a great feeling. There was a little public criticism of Trump at his polling station, as the lines were closed down while he voted, frustrating some voters. Outside Clinton's polling station, voters snapped selfies with Mrs. Clinton before she left. TRANSLATED BY：CLARE LEAR
