TAIWAN AND VIETNAM PROMOTE MUTUAL TOURISM IN CHIAYI|促進觀光 嘉義與越南業者互推旅遊行程

In order to tap into the Southeast Asian market, Chiayi County has worked with Taiwanese tour operators and signed contracts with Vietnamese tour operators. The two sides will promote mutual tours. After visiting Taiwan themselves, the Vietnamese tour operators believed that the beautiful scenery and great food in Taiwan can attract tourists to come for a visit. Tour operators in Taiwan and Vietnam have signed contracts to help each other promote package tours with an aim of sending 1,000 tourists annually across Taiwan and Vietnam respectively. It was also the first time that these Vietnamese tour operators came to Taiwan, and they were impressed by Taiwan's food and nature. ==VIETNAMESE TOUR OPERATOR== Taiwan has great natural attractions. They are beautiful and worthy visiting. Personally, I think that food is Taiwan's strong suit. Taiwan has many night markets, and they have many great foods. The Taiwanese tour operators worked with Chiayi County and designed package tours in Chiayi because the decreasing number of Chinese tourists has devastated its tourism industry. The tours will include places like Alishan and the Southern Branch of the National Palace Museum.
