SUSPECTED CHILD ABDUCTION ATTEMPT IN TAINAN|台南親子樂園 傳出拐騙女童未遂事件

At a family fun world in Tainan City, a man was suspected of trying to abduct a seven-year-old girl who was left unattended. Fortunately a staff member walked by and the little girl was able to escape from the suspect. The police are trying to locate the man and urge all parents to watch children in crowded public place. The surveillance video showed the seven-year-old girl was next to her father and playing the game machine at the DB Family Fun World. The suspect at the lower right corner got close when the girl was unattended. The suspect abducted the girl in just a few minutes. ==Staff member, DB Family Fun World== From the position where we are standing now, they walked toward the Ambassador Theater. The suspect was only two or three meters away from the girl's father and the suspect decided to abduct the girl. Fortunately a staff walked passing by, the girl escaped from the suspect. ==Staff member DB Family Fun World== She came back by herself. (The girl came back by herself?) (How was she when she returned to her father?) The girl was crying and saying she was touched by a drug addict. The girl's father asked his daughter to lead the way and identify the suspect, however the suspect was gone. The image of the suspect was recorded by surveillance cameras. ==LIU CHIH-HAO, Tainan Chuang-Ching Police Station== The police was dispatched immediately to the scene and investigated for evidence. So far we have the image of the suspect on the CTV, and we found out that he indeed committed a crime. The police are trying to nail down the suspect and to charge him with indecent assault. The police urged all parents to keep eyes on their children at crowded public places.
