Germany experienced its third attack in a week. Yesterday in the city of Ansbach, a Syrian migrant set off an explosive device at a café, wounding 12 people. All three attacks were in Bavaria, southern Germany. Police said the Syrian attacker emigrated to Germany two years ago, but his asylum claim was rejected.
