Sun An Tso is an 18-year old Taiwanese high school student in the United States. He was arrested by the police after telling his classmate that he was going to shoot up his school. The police found a gun and over 1,000 bullets at his apartment, which led them to believe Sun had planned to open fire at his school. But Sun's lawyer said his remark was just a joke and called on people not to make any judgments before a verdict was out.

Sun An Tso is an 18-year old student in the United States and the son of Taiwanese actors Sun Peng and Di Ying. He was arrested by the local police after he told a classmate that he would shoot up his school on May 1.

The state police said on April 2 that they found another 9mm hand gun and about 1,600 bullets at Sun's apartment, including 425 bullets for AK-47 and 295 bullets for AR-15. Both are assault rifles. The police said they are surprised that an exchange student who has only been in the U.S. since last August could get his hands on such a large amount of guns and bullets.

We certainly feel that he was gonna shoot down the school. He was definitely trying to get an AR-15, and he was definitely trying to get an AK-47.

The police said that they only found a bulletproof vest upon their initial search. They later on found out that many of his guns had been removed by the landlord prior to their arrival.

…and had been removed prior to the police' arrival at the house with a search warrant.

The police thanked the student who first reported Sun's threat. The police will also work with the Department of Homeland Security to find out if there are others involved in the case. The police said that Sun did not break the law for owning guns and bullets, but he is being charged with terrorist threats.

Sun's lawyer in the United States made a public statement to the media, saying that Sun has no sociopathic tendencies, nor has he engaged in any criminal activity. The lawyer said that Sun's family members are concerned about the media's coverage of the case and hope that the press would refrain from making judgments before the final verdict is given.
