CIA CONFIRMS PUTIN BEHIND US ELECTION HACKING|俄駭客干預美選 美點名幕後黑手蒲亭

During the US presidential election campaign, there were constant rumors of Russian hackers attempting to influence election results. On Dec. 15, the CIA published its latest findings, which pointed to Russian President Putin as the manipulator behind the hacking. In response, US President Barack Obama said he would impose sanctions on Russia. US intelligence from the CIA confirmed that during the election, Russian hackers invaded the ruling party's computer system, and disclosed Democratic Party candidate Hillary Clinton's files. The CIA further commented that the main purpose of the Russian hackers, was to help the Republican candidate, Donald Trump, win the election. On Dec. 15, in a press briefing, White House Press Secretary Josh Ernest directly named the behind-the-scenes manipulator as Russian President Vladimir Putin. During the election campaign, Republican candidate Trump publicly praised Putin and also said that bilateral relations between the United States and Russia should be improved. Responding to the CIA report, President-elect Trump questioned why the White House reported this after the election and said it was just complaining that Clinton had lost.
