BANANA TRADER MOISE WINS HAITI PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION|海地總統選舉 執政黨莫伊斯過半領先

In Haiti, a new president was finally elected on November 29th after months of delays caused by domestic unrest and a hurricane. Election results showed the ruling party's candidate Jovenel Moise winning over half of the majority votes. Moise is a banana exporter and new to politics. He said that he will work with former president Michel Martelly in the days ahead. Haiti has finally elected its new president. Haitian officials announced on Nov 29 that the banana trader Jovenel Moise has won 55.67% votes in the first round voting. Moise just began his political career in 2015 and was soon chosen by the former president Martelly as the ruling party's presidential candidate. ==JOVENEL MOISE, Haitian President-elect== In Port-au-Prince, they think they know everything, but it's not true. The reelection eventually took place on Nov 20. According to regulations, any candidate can dispute the election results before the official announcement on Dec 29.
