Kindergarten principal protest at president Tsai's residence / "自辦重劃"幼兒園判拆 園長北上蔡寓所抗議　　　　　　　　　　

On Saturday, Lin Jin-lian, a kindergarten principal in Taichung traveled to Taipei and staged a protest in front of President Tsai's residence. His Kindergarten, the 40-year-old Li Ming Kindergarten, has been embroiled in litigation since 2011 with an urban replanting committee, which consists of more than 2000 local land owners. Recently, the Taichung High Court ruled in favor of the committee. As a result, the school is scheduled to be demolished on November 21st. The 40-year-old Li Ming Kindergarten is about to be demolished due to urban planning by the private sector. The kindergarten Principal Lin Chin-lien was protesting at President Tsai Ing-wen's residence. Lin was low in mood and went missing for a time. General Manager== It was difficult to reach an agreement. If we do not enforce demolition today then it will be endless. If because of him or other land owners or disputes with Li Ming Kindergarten, we are prevented from taking possession of the land it is then unfair to the other land owners and is very, very unreasonable. Therefore, for the benefit of the majority, compulsory use of land for planning is inevitable. The private committee said they had been negotiating with the kindergarten principal for the past seven years and reached no consensus. Therefore they took the issue to court. ==CHANG CHIH-HSIANG, Taichung Land Administration Bureau Dir.== We are willing to mediate with the urban planning committee. We ask for their consideration based on social harmony, to try their best to assist the kindergarten. The Bureau had stated, urban land readjustment implementation by private sectors are civil issues, the city government will not interfere unless illegal violations are found. The city government is to ask the committee for further reviews on the compensation amount and the proclaimed cultural value of the kindergarten. TRANSLATED BY：ANTHONY LIN 已經有40年歷史的台中黎明幼兒園，因為地區自辦重劃面臨拆除，園長林金連30日為此前往總統蔡英文寓所表達抗議，今天還因為情緒過於低落，一度失聯，所幸下午已被尋獲。 ==中台灣反迫遷聯盟發言人 傅東森== 那一開始園長他就不接受 這個重劃的這樣的條件 他不希望納入重劃的範圍 因為畢竟在我們所在的 這個位置 黎明幼稚園 已經是個百年的學校 為什麼我就一定要參與重劃 法院的執行命令已經下來，黎明幼兒園將在11月21號執行拆除，重劃會認為，若不依法處理，對其他地主並不公平。 ==土地開發公司總經理 林世民== 好不容易有一個結果 今天不去執行這個拆除程序 那沒完沒了 就他比鄰地主 還是因為 他黎明幼稚園糾紛的關係 不能領到土地 我們講他們這些人 是非常非常的一個不合理 所以站在多數地主的權益上 重劃會當然有他的立場 重劃會表示，七年多不斷和幼兒園溝通協調，雙方一直無法取得共識，最終才會走上司法途徑。 ==台中市地政局長 張治祥== 我們願意再來協調重劃會 請他們基於社會和諧的考量 在重劃會財務可行的範圍之內 是不是儘量給幼兒園一點協助 台中市地政局表示，自辦重劃是重劃會和地主之間的關係，除非有明顯違法事證，市府才能介入，但這次會請重劃會檢討補償費合理性，及是否具有反拆遷者所訴求的文化價值意義，討論原地保留的可行方案，妥善解決問題。 記者 邱植培 彭煥群 台中報導
