XPEC CEO released on bail of NT$20M / 樂陞案 北院更裁許金龍2千萬交保　　　　　　　　　　

On September 26, XPEC CEO Aaron許 was released on bail of $20 million NT Dollars. Afraid of not being able to get their money back, investors will protest at the Securities and Futures Investors Protection Center today. They will also ask the Financial Supervisory Commission to list both the CTBC Securities and the CTBC Bank as defendants. ==HUANG I-SHU, retail investor== There are about 30,000 retail investors. We have a total loss over NT$ 10 billion. Over 30,000 retail investors' money went up in smoke when XPEC Entertainment's acquisition deal failed. On September 25, investigators interviewed other witnesses, including Bai Chi Gan Tou Digital Entertainment's former company CEO Huang Wen-hung to clarify if insider trading is involved in the case. XPEC CEO Aaron Hsu was originally released on bail of NT$10 million. However, after prosecutors filed an immediate appeal on the bail ruling, the Taipei District Court reviewed the bail and changed it to NT$20 million. ==HUANG I-SHU, retail investor== Aaron Hsu is like a dragon. After being caught, he can be simply released by using all the retail investors' money to pay the bail. We are in misery. Retail investors think that both the CTBC Securities and the CTBC Bank, which served as intermediaries in the tender offer, should be listed as defendants.
